Reading, drawing and painting, scrap-booking, kayaking, cooking/baking, and singing badly.

Do you Read? Yes What do you read?

Good children’s books [that] are beautifully written and illustrated. I also enjoy detective and caper mysteries. Unlike many people, I also enjoy poetry and science-based science fiction.

Did you always like to read?

As a kid I would read anything- cereal boxes, newspapers, billboards etc. The only thing I don’t like reading is romance novels.

What is your favorite part about coming into work each day?

I have a great job! I love children, books, and arts and crafts. As a Children’s Librarian I get to share the love with others.

If you are stuck on a desert island, what 5 things would you have with you? (Except water or food)

I wouldn’t go voluntarily. If a ship or a plane wreck forced me there, I wouldn’t have a choice about the resources or people with me.
