Friends of the Library, various activities with Wesley UMC, Project Transformation Reading mentor

Two years

Choctaw, OK

Where did you go to school?

Choctaw High School, Southern Nazarene University Bachelors of Science

Tenn us about your family.

My husband, Paul, and I moved to El Reno in 2010, after buying a 100+ year old home. We have 3 children, 7 grand children, and 2 great grand children who live in other parts of the state.

Do you have any pets?

1 cat, Jingles, 1 dog, Katrina

What are some of your hobbies?

Reading, traveling, and stained glass

Do you read? Yes What do you like to read?

Historic fiction, some mysteries, biographies, inspirations, local interest

Why did you join the library board?

To protect and preserve our historic Carnegie Library

What is your favorite part about being on the library board?

Having insight into changes and improvements
